Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. There will be no refunds provided, only rescheduled appointments. Welcome to S-Car-GoDetail + Power Wash Co! We're delighted to provide premium car care and convenience. Your booking confirms your acceptance of the following terms, designed to guarantee a smooth and professional experience for all our valued customers. We do our best to stay on schedule, but sometimes things like traffic or previous jobs can cause delays. Because of this, our team might arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled time. We'll keep you in the loop with real-time text updates as we're on our way. To perform the best service possible, we'll need access to your vehicle and the keys. By booking, you're giving us permission to operate and move your vehicle if needed during the service. Mobile Service Essentials For our mobile detailing services, we'll need access to a water source and electricity at your location when we arrive. If these aren't available then we can't complete the service. Taking Care of Your Vehicle We'll carefully check your vehicle for any existing damage before we start our service. If we notice anything happen during your appointment, we'll let you know right away. Please understand we're not responsible for any other indirect or unexpected damages. S-Car-GoDetail’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage. Your Privacy & Our Agreement When you book with us, you're giving S-Car-Go Detail permission to take photos of your vehicle (no license plate). These might be used for training our team or for our marketing materials. If you'd prefer we didn't take photos, please let us know in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to approve these services for the vehicle.
